With the collaboration of the private enterprise, the Park provides different buildings to install your company’s production. The most common format is the lease agreement between 1 and 5 years, although the Park on occasions puts up for sale plots and buildings.

The lease contracts enable extending or decreasing the area leased according to the business activity.
