At the New Technologies Business Centre of the Technology Park, the building that confers the image to the complex, you will find different areas equipped to install your company’s offices or laboratories.

The building provides 80 different areas equipped with offices or laboratories from 15 m2, and a total of 2.645m2.

Hire the area required for your activity, without having to worry about the additional services. The building provides the necessary collective infrastructures/reception, meeting networking areas, kitchen-office, restrooms, etc.) Its construction enables installing from offices to small laboratories, as their is availability of water supply for processes.

Three types of entities coexist at the New Technologies Business Centre:

• New technology-based companies.
• Company expansions with decision centres in other Catalan towns or Spanish autonomous communities.
• Expansions of international companies that want to establish in the area.
