A technology promotion and development business centre
The Parc Tecnològic del Vallès S.A. is a company that manages the technological area around Cerdanyola del Vallès. The PTV offers services for the companies who establish there and promotes innovation and technological research.
The company was established in 1987 by the CIDEM (Business Development and Innovation Centre, currently ACCIÓ) of Regional Government and the Consortium of the Zona Franca of Barcelona. The first companies established there in 1989.
It currently offers areas for new companies or work centres, from co-working rooms to industrial areas, as well as rental of equipment and rooms for conventions, events, meetings and training.
OBJECTIVES
THE PROJECT
Development in three main linesThe PTV project is a benchmark in development, integrating three plans of action into one single global project.
The Parc Tecnològic del Vallès has developed as a great global project around three main lines: Business promotion, technological knowledge and its urban development model integrated into the environment.
The PTV is mainly aimed at companies and entrepreneurs that base their activity on technical knowledge, as well as other public and private initiatives that encourage technological development and innovation.
